Reminders on what to bring:

1.      Place your food in a rigid plastic storage container with a lid. Label the container with your pup’s first/last name, and the am/pm feeding instructions. Label all items in the container. Label cans on the sides. We do not need measuring cups. Food brought in bags will be repackaged into our Metro Dog containers for a fee of $4.

2.      Please bring  ONE article of bedding that smells of home and is clearly labeled with first/last name. No need to bring your own crate. We have both plastic and wire crates for dogs used to sleeping in a crate at night. Please do not bring cloth crates as they get marked and destroyed easily in social rooms.

3.      You can also download and pre-fill out the Boarding Check-In Form from www.metrodog.com to save time at check-in.

4.      If your dog is in a social room, please DO NOT bring toys or bones. We will not give them to your dog. If your dog is in a room of their own or family room, toys and bones (though no raw hide or no-hide chews) are fine.

5.      Leave bowls at home.  We use our own, easy-to-label bowls.

6.      While Metro Dog makes every effort to keep track of your pet’s belongings, it is easy to misplace individual items or bedding during our peak season. We do not guarantee the return of any items given. Please do not bring anything of sentimental value or the Louis Vuitton couture!
