This is your opportunity to see if your dog is a Metro Dog!
Before using Metro Dog boarding or daycare services, it is required that you come in for an assessment with your dog. There is no fee for assessments. You must make an appointment before coming in. Appointments are available Thursdays , 2pm and 3PM or Sundays at 12pm and 2PM. The enrollment process takes up to a full hour to complete.
During your intake assessment, we will evaluate your dog’s level of sociability, determine whether they will be comfortable staying in one of our rooms, give you a full tour and overview of our daily program, do all the necessary paperwork, and answer all of your questions. Metro Dog is not the right place for every dog. Following the assessment we will discuss how your dog did and any concerns we might have about your dog at Metro Dog.
If it looks like a healthy and happy fit, you would then be free to begin using services. Welcome to the Metro Dog pack!
Please note: Once assessed your dog must come in for at least 1 day of daycare within 2 weeks. If it has been more than 2 weeks since we met your dog and accepted them for services, you will need to come in for a quick re-assessment.
