24 hour supervision. After hours drop-off & pickup available by reservation for $26. After hours instructions: When you arrive, please stay in your car and call 510-524-3647. The overnight staff will greet you at the staff entrance, the red door to the right of the entrance gate. All doors and the main entrance are locked after hours.
Public tours of the facility are offered every Sunday @ 4 pm (holiday weekends excluded). Email info@metrodog.com to sign up in advance and to confirm a tour is happening on the Sunday you want to attend.
